Where most people start

Three questions I get asked about most

Choose the one that sounds most like you. Each path starts by understanding what’s actually happening in your body and what may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.

Weight loss & metabolic health

The goal isn't simply to lose weight. It's to feel better, function better, recover better and age better — which is why this starts with metabolism, not with a number on a scale.

Longevity, energy & recovery

Aging well isn't about looking younger. It's still being able to do the things you love — recovering from the workout, sleeping through the night, thinking clearly at four in the afternoon.

Sexual health & intimacy

This one gets whispered about. It doesn't need to be. Desire, function and hormones change over time for everyone, and there are real options worth knowing about.

What lights the fire?

The foundation was solid. But I needed to go deeper.

I owned a weight loss studio. I studied wellness, metabolism, hormones, functional medicine — and honestly? I lived an anti-inflammatory lifestyle for years and believed every bit of it. I still do. But at some point I hit a ceiling, and doing more of the same wasn't moving me past it.

That's when my curiosity led me to investigate peptides more deeply. What I found completely changed the conversation for me. Not a replacement for the work I'd already done — a way to see what additional support could look like when the foundations are already in place.

Now I teach it, because nobody explained this plainly to me. I had to go find it myself, and you shouldn't have to.

What I actually want is simple

  • To feel as good in the decades ahead as I insist I will

To hand people real information instead of a supplement cupboard

  • To hand people real information instead of a supplement cupboard

  • To keep the conversation honest, including where the research is still thin

I'm here to offer clear, grounded guidance so you can make confident decisions about your health — whether that includes peptides or not.

You're going to keep showing up, keep building, keep going after a full life. I am too. We might as well be at our best while we do it — not a smaller life, just a body that can keep pace with everything you're already chasing.
